All content on this site (graphics, text, logos, source code) is protected by Romanian Law no. 8/1996 on Copyright and is the exclusive property of PANA CONSTANTIN-RAZVAN PFA. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Digital Content

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83 and Romanian OUG 34/2014, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent.

You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the platform for fraudulent activities, cyber attacks, or any actions that could damage the reputation or technical stability of Vectoora.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vectoora shall not be held liable for any indirect damages or loss of profits resulting from the use or inability to use the site, or from technical errors beyond our reasonable control.

7. Payments and Billing

Prices are displayed in the currency specified on the site. Invoicing is done exclusively in electronic format. Access to premium services is granted only after payment confirmation.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the operator's registered office.
